Merlin Design produce a wide range of brasswork incorporating fine etched designs onto polished brass. All the work is hand made in our workshops using an acid etching process to produce the delicate patterning and detail characteristic of our work.

		Silk screen printing a brass substrate with acid resistant ink. The ink is then stoved and the plate is acid etched until the required depth of cut is achieved. The plate is then ready for the various stages of finishing work.
